for the whole trip.
Landing somewhere unfamiliar is where a good trip usually goes wrong. You are tired, the queue for a taxi is long, and the first person you speak to is quoting you a price you have no way to judge.
So we removed that hour entirely. Every guest staying in a Haven residence is met at arrivals by a chauffeur and driven to their door. There is no tier that includes it and no tier that does not — if you are staying with us, the car is there.
It costs us something and we have never regretted it. Guests who are looked after in the first hour tend to relax into the rest of the week, and they come back.

What the transfer actually covers
Not a voucher for a ride-hailing app. A named driver, a tracked flight and someone standing in arrivals when you walk out.
Flight tracked in advance
We watch your flight number. If you are three hours late at 2am, the driver is still there — you do not pay for the wait.
Met inside arrivals
Your driver waits landside with your name on a board, helps with the luggage and walks you to the car.
Chilled, clean, quiet
Bottled water, working air conditioning and a driver who does not need directions to your building.
Straight to your keys

A driver and vehicle for the day — sensible for desert trips, Abu Dhabi, or an evening where nobody wants to drive back.
Self-drive rental
Daily and weekly hire if you would rather have your own keys. We handle the paperwork and deliver to your residence.
